You will also develop training materials, and it is important that you maintain current knowledge of the job market, work methods, and industry trends.\nAs an instructor, you will conduct course evaluations, grading, and examinations in the vocational college program Commercial Diver. You will also participate in LIA (work-based learning) activities: procurement, preparation, mentoring, site visits, and follow-up according to instructions from the training manager and regulatory requirements.\nThe position also includes maintenance and daily care of all Yrgo diving systems, equipment, and boats.\nAs an instructor at Yrgo, you will work within our safety management system.\nYou will also actively participate in systematic workplace environment work and systematic quality improvement efforts.\nQualifications\nRequired Competencies:\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\u2022 Holds a Dive Leader Certificate for B-50 competency.\n\u2022 Holds a Diving Certificate B-50 and\/or IDSA Level 3.\n\u2022 Has Captain VIII and Machinist VIII certifications and VHF license.\n\u2022 Has strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\n\u2022 Has work experience in the commercial diving industry, including both inshore and offshore diving.\n\u2022 Holds a Category B driver's license.\nDesirable Qualifications:\n\u2022 Experience leading diving activities and dive operations\n\u2022 Teaching experience\n\u2022 Hyperbaric chamber operator certification\n\u2022 Good computer skills\nPersonal Qualities:\nWe place great emphasis on personal suitability.
