As Interim Business Controller, you will be embedded in the business as a true co-pilot \u2013 present when decisions are made, pricing them before they are taken, and ensuring that financial consequence is never an afterthought.\nYou will own the fully-loaded cost model, deliver reliable cost-per-unit visibility and maintain honest, forward-looking forecasts. You will sit in the plant, the S&OP meeting and the leadership room, partnering each director on their cost drivers and challenging business cases on evidence. Your focus is not what happened last month \u2013 it is what happens tomorrow, and what it will cost.\nThe role reports to the Managing Director, with a functional line to the Group CFO, and interfaces with operations, supply chain, business development, quality and HR. You will be the single source of financial truth for the business unit, and your figures will feed directly into group consolidation, board reporting and external stakeholders.\nThis is an interim assignment with the possibility of a permanent placement for the right person.\nQualifications and Experience\nYou are a commercially sharp and analytically driven finance professional who is equally at home on the production floor as in a budget review. You communicate financial complexity with clarity, challenge with confidence and build trust across the organization.
