Your work includes planning, prioritization, clear communication and ensuring that development moves forward according to the roadmap.\nYou facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, break down requirements and support the team in delivering solutions aligned with business needs. You also serve as the platform's internal ambassador, helping stakeholders understand capabilities and development plans.\nExamples of responsibilities:\n\nPrioritize and plan product development and backlog items\n\nLead and structure agile ceremonies and release planning\n\nTranslate business needs into clear product specifications\n\nRemove obstacles that hinder progress toward release goals\n\nAct as product ambassador and point of contact for stakeholders\n\nEducation, experience & skills\n\n5+ years of experience in product development or software development\n\nSolid knowledge of agile product management\n\nExperience working with Jira and Azure DevOps\n\nUnderstanding of Enterprise Application Integration concepts (e.g., ESB, SOA, Microservices)\n\nStrong communication skills and documentation experience\n\nVery good command of English both written and spoken\n\nYou thrive in a role where structure, communication and collaboration are key. You are self-driven, comfortable taking ownership and capable of organizing and prioritizing work in a clear way. You enjoy working closely with both technical and business stakeholders and have an analytical approach that helps you understand business logic and transform needs into actionable development.
