are followed.\nBalancing stable day-to-day operations with continuous improvement and development.\n\nRequirements\nWe are looking for candidates who have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in management roles with personnel, operational and budget responsibility.\nExperience managing technical specialist teams within IT infrastructure, platforms, networks or similar complex IT environments.\nExperience with IT service delivery or technical delivery management.\nExperience in change management and business development.\nExperience working in complex organizations with several stakeholders.\nExperience working with environments where high availability, security, robustness and continuity are important.\nVery good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.\nStrong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work in a structured, proactive and results-oriented manner.\nCompetency corresponding to level 4.\n\nAdditional qualifications\nThe following experience is considered an advantage:\nManagement experience from the public sector or politically governed organizations.\nExperience from healthcare or other socially important operations.\nKnowledge of ITIL, PM3 or equivalent governance models.\nExperience with civil preparedness, crisis preparedness or continuity planning.\nPrevious experience as an Interim
