An important quality is that you work well with others and have the ability to see what needs to be done. You must have a strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you are flexible, as the job requires you to be able to step in and work on short notice. We expect you to work with a holistic view of the child\/student and to have respect for each child's\/student's needs.
