Teaching is organized based on students' needs and takes place in various forms such as whole class, half classes and smaller groups according to student needs. You work together with a colleague in the classroom as we use a two-teacher system in all our classes at the elementary level. You work to give children the opportunity to have influence, develop, learn and interact with peers. Your position includes being a mentor for students.
