The assignment is about creating conditions for learning and development, promoting good social relationships, and encouraging play, learning, and positive interaction. You have great opportunities to put your own stamp on the content and test your ideas and thoughts. You are expected to contribute to systematic quality work.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with an after-school pedagogue degree\/primary school teacher degree with a focus on after-school programs or equivalent education. You need to be well familiar with the curriculum. You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.\nWe see that you:\n\u25cf Have a strong focus on students with a positive view of each individual's ability and willingness to develop.\n\u25cf You are confident in your professional role, take your own initiatives, and have a solution-focused approach in a changing school day.
