You will also operate and develop UEM, and work with change and incident management within collaboration platforms. Collaboration with platform operations and other technical teams is included, as well as management and work in ServiceNow and DevOps. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will also monitor the external environment for hardware and software within your areas of responsibility. You will create necessary documentation for procurement and participate in developing maintenance and management plans. The role reports to, and supports, the service owner and service area manager.\n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone with post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience acquired in another way that is deemed equivalent. You have several years of relevant experience as an IT infrastructure technician and experience with Windows client and server operating systems. In addition, you have experience troubleshooting in IT environments. You also have basic competence in managing server operations, operating systems, networks, and Active Directory.\n\nIt is considered an advantage if you also have experience with Exchange and UEM tools, as well as Skype and Teams (or similar). Experience with procurement and requirements specification\u2014for example, for mobile phones and PCs\u2014is also desirable.\nAdditionally, experience with ITIL processes, management of classified information systems, and work with security approvals is meriting. Further valuable experience includes working with ServiceNow as a case management tool, as well as knowledge of information security work.\n\nPersonal qualities are of great importance to us.
