In your role, you will be the first point of contact for employees who have IT-related questions or who need troubleshooting of the Prison and Probation Service's IT services. This occurs primarily via phone and our case management system, where you will deliver support in an efficient and professional manner.\nIn the role you are also responsible for handling and monitoring alarms linked to clients with electronic monitoring bracelets, and ensuring that all technical problems that arise are quickly identified and addressed. You will be part of the first-line IT support team to ensure that our employees and clients receive the support and service they need. You will also administer access rights and manage orders for IT equipment and services.\nIn addition to providing technical support and alarm management, you will contribute to developing and improving our work processes through collaboration with other sections within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
