We offer solid training and opportunities for development.\nYour responsibilities\nIn your role as an IT Technician with us, your responsibilities will consist of:\nClient image management.\nDelivery and configuration of new hardware as well as recovery of used hardware.\nHardware and software support.\nManagement of inventory records.\nInventory management and warehousing.\nSoftware installations via management tools.\nAD administration of clients.\nElectronic waste sorting.\nScripting (PowerShell).\nOrdering software licenses.\n\nWho are you?\nWe would appreciate it if you have secondary-level IT education and preferably work experience in the IT sector. You have a driver's license for manual transmission.\nYou have good IT knowledge with a strong interest in IT. You speak and write Swedish well.\nAs a person, we believe you are positive, service-oriented, responsive, enjoy working in a team, learn easily, and are comfortable working directly with end customers. You should be able to solve problems independently and take your own initiative.
