We are centrally located in \u00d6stersund city center.\n\u00d6stersund Parish currently has approximately 67 employees. As of January 1, 2027, \u00d6stersund Pastorate will be formed. The pastorate will consist of three parishes: H\u00e4ggen\u00e5s Lit Kyrk\u00e5s, Fr\u00f6s\u00f6 Sunne Norder\u00f6 and \u00d6stersund, and we will then have approximately 98 employees, and you will be one of the pastorate's important staff members.\nWe are in a development phase where structure, security and digital working methods are important parts of our continued operational development.\nAbout the Position\nAs an IT Technician, you are responsible for daily IT support to our employees and to some extent our elected representatives. You will work with overall operational user support, management of computers, printers and mobile phones, access rights and system administration. The role is independent and broad, and you function as first-line IT support for our employees. You work both with daily support and with creating structure, routines and secure management of our IT environments. We would also appreciate if you educate and continuously develop our staff's competencies. You are the link to the Swedish Church's central IT support and external vendors. You also have a special responsibility for supporting and driving GDPR matters related to our IT systems and contributing to information security work.
