You work closely with both the city's IT function and other operations to ensure that procurements are commercially sound, legally correct, and support the city's goals.\n\nThe work involves, among other things:\n\u2022 conducting market analyses and translating operational needs into clear requirements,\n\u2022 leading project groups and maintaining the process toward clear timelines,\n\u2022 conducting structured dialogue with suppliers and ensuring transparent communication,\n\u2022 documenting, evaluating, and following up on procurements in accordance with applicable regulations,\n\u2022 contributing to the development of a category-based approach within the IT field.\n\nYou will also be a key person in further developing the IT category.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\nWe are looking for you with a strong professional background in public procurement, particularly in the IT field. You have an analytical approach and can independently assess legal, technical, and business consequences in IT procurements. To succeed in the role, you need to have:\n\nRequirements:\n\u2022 relevant academic degree or equivalent post-secondary education in procurement, law, or economics,\n\u2022 several years of experience independently conducting IT procurements in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) within the public sector,\n\u2022 good understanding of public sector operations and its processes,\n\u2022 very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish,\n\u2022 good Office skills.\n\nMeritorious:\n\u2022 experience with category-driven or strategic procurement work,\n\u2022 experience procuring cloud services and applying relevant contract and security requirements,\n\u2022 experience with information security in procurement, including requirements related to GDPR, data protection, NIS, and MSB guidelines,\n\u2022 knowledge of alternative procurement procedures within IT, such as innovation partnerships, competitive dialogue, or negotiated procedures.\n\nYou are confident in your competence, work in a structured manner, and take initiative.
