Most of our participants are covered under the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities and the Social Services Act.\nOur vision is to be a role model.\nOur mission is to inspire the creation of a meaningful life.\nWe see ourselves as enablers, which means creating conditions for a safe, joyful, and healthy lifestyle throughout life.\nWORK TASKS\nYou will work with people who have intellectual disabilities, autism, or neuropsychiatric diagnoses.\nIn the residence, you provide users with support in their daily lives through personal care, services such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and cultural and leisure activities.\nThe role also includes educational work with the user and ensuring that their need for structure and routines is met. The work is based on respectful treatment and ensuring that the user has influence over their daily life.\nYou will apply the pedagogical methods and tools used by the company, follow up on the services provided, collaborate and coordinate with the team and the participant's network, and document in our record system, which is considered an important part of the role.\nPERSONAL QUALITIES\nYou are curious, attentive, experienced with routines, and good at planning. You work actively with clear goals and are open and positive. You have the ability to motivate, build good relationships, and maintain a solution-focused approach. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
