In this role, you will work closely with participants, both individually and in groups, where you motivate, support, and guide them toward employment or further studies. You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and contribute creative solutions to help each individual move forward.\n\nAn important part of the work is to actively build and develop relationships with local employers to create job opportunities. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will become part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations.\n\nEmployment: Contract position for 6 months with opportunities for extension.
