You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and provide creative solutions to help each individual reach their goals.\nAn important part of the work is actively building and developing relationships with local employers to create employment opportunities. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will be part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations.\nEmployment\nPart-time, approximately 30\u201350% depending on the scope of the assignment, with the possibility of expansion if needed.
