Through coaching, collaboration and active employer engagement, you contribute to creating sustainable paths to work. The work takes place in close collaboration with other actors, with the individual's needs and resources at the center.\nWhere we are located\nWe are now looking for several committed job coaches for Jobbtorg Stockholm. Placement will be at one of our job centers in Sk\u00e4rholmen or Farsta.\nA day with us\nA workday can start with a coaching conversation with an applicant about next steps toward employment or studies. You coach, motivate and guide applicants in their planning toward self-sufficiency, with a focus on participation and the individual's own goals.\nThe work involves you actively establishing and developing contacts with employers as well as matching applicants to appropriate employment or studies. You work both independently and in a team, in close collaboration with colleagues, employers and other external actors.\nYou document continuously in operational systems and work in a structured manner toward set goals. Change and development work is a natural part of the assignment.\nWe work according to the methods Supported Employment (SE) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and you will receive an introduction to these as needed.\nYour competence and experience\nAcademic education with a focus on behavioral science, social studies, sociology or equivalent experience.
