The role also includes administrative tasks and some outreach work. When needed, you will also support the operation with recruitment and personnel administration tasks.\nWorking hours are Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Since the position involves some fixed staffing times, we prefer that you study remotely, work on a thesis, or otherwise have a flexible study schedule.\nTo thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be social, trustworthy, and good at building positive relationships with people in various situations. You work independently, take great personal responsibility, and have a strong ability to structure and plan your work. You are motivated by supporting others in their development and have a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nREQUIREMENTS to be considered for the position:\n- You are a student at a university or college (at least 50%) and have AT LEAST 6 months remaining in your studies.
