The service is jointly organized with an overall manager, scheduler, and coordinator, creating excellent conditions for collaboration and knowledge exchange.\nThe hospital operates 24\/7, handling both acute and elective examinations. The equipment includes CT scanners, MRI, fluoroscopy systems, conventional X-ray facilities, and ultrasound labs. There is close cooperation between departments and a strong team spirit among radiology, clinical departments, and the emergency unit.\nThe hospital is known for its strong collegial atmosphere and close interdisciplinary collaboration, where your expertise makes a real difference for patients.\nThe location allows you to combine a rewarding career with life close to nature. Forests, lakes, and mountains are nearby, and the town offers good schools, affordable housing, and a welcoming community.\n \nYour Responsibilities\nAs a radiologist at the hospital, you will work broadly within general radiology, including image interpretation and examinations in conventional radiology, CT, and ultrasound.\nThe role is varied and also includes ward rounds, multidisciplinary conferences (MDT), continuing medical education, and supervision of residents and visiting colleagues. On-call duties during some evenings and weekends are part of the position.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWillingness to learn Swedish - full support provided\nExperience in conventional radiology, CT, and ultrasound, including basic skills in ultrasound-guided interventions\nExperience in MRI is considered an advantage\n\nGreat importance is placed on personal qualities such as teamwork, commitment, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude. You are able to make decisions, work independently, and structure your tasks efficiently.
