The main task is to make everyday life meaningful for our users and ensure they can live a life like everyone else.\n\nStaff at the residence support users with their daily living through individually adapted everyday support. This involves varying work tasks with the greatest focus on motivational work and considerable verbal support with cleaning, cooking, and other household chores.\n\nStaff also support users in their leisure time and social life.
