You'll support companies in meeting new requirements, ensure quality in reporting, and contribute to increased transparency to owners, investors, and other stakeholders.\n\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe're looking for someone who wants to develop within sustainability reporting and thrives in a role with analysis, client contact, and responsibility.\n\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, or equivalent education\n\n\nVery good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing\n\n\nStrong interest in sustainable business and sustainability reporting\n\n\n\nMeriting Factors\n\nPrior work experience in the field is a plus, but not required. We also welcome experience and knowledge from studies, projects, volunteer work, or other contexts. What matters most is your interest, motivation, and willingness to develop with us.\nKnowledge of or interest in financial reporting, for example from studies, projects, volunteer work, or employment\n\n\nKnowledge of or interest in sustainability reporting and relevant regulations, such as GRI, CSRD, and the Annual Accounts Act.\n\n\nExperience that demonstrates your interest in sustainability, analysis, or societal issues, for example from studies, projects, volunteer work, or other contexts\n\n\n\nAs a Person, You Are\n\nCollaborative and committed to building trust in relationships with colleagues and clients. Analytical and organized with the ability to handle complex information\nCurious, responsible, and willing to both ask for support and gradually take on greater responsibility.
