You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and help shape the future of guardianship operations.\n\nWe are seeking a lawyer who wants to become a case manager in our team, which currently consists of 10 employees including a team leader and a unit manager.\n\nThe Guardianship Office handles cases for Nacka, V\u00e4rmd\u00f6, and Vaxholm municipalities.\n\nYour Assignment\nThe position involves qualified legal case management work within the guardianship field. You will handle complex cases with many parties involved where your focus should be on protecting the individual's rights.\n\nExamples of work tasks in the role:\nInvestigating the need for conservatorships and administrations and written correspondence with the court. From July 1, 2026, the Guardianship Office also makes decisions on establishing conservatorships in certain cases. Court appearances occur.\nHandling legal matters such as inheritance issues and decisions on consent to property and tenant-ownership sales.\nExercising supervision over representatives through review of accounting documents and investigating complaints against representatives.\nReviewing reports of completed assignments and making decisions on compensation for representatives.\nPreparing service memoranda to the board in decisions where delegation is lacking.\n\nIs This You?\nWe are seeking someone who is passionate about making a difference and improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable in society.
