All questions regarding the position and recruitment are directed to the responsible recruitment consultant at Futuria.\nAbout the role\nThis is a strategically important recruitment where you will gradually grow into the role of Chief Estimator.\nYou will work closely with the current Chief Estimator during a transition period while contributing your own ideas, developing work methods, and helping the organization take the next step.\nIn this role, you will among other things:\n\nManage estimation and bidding work for construction and civil engineering projects\n\n\nParticipate in bid reviews and risk assessments\n\n\nDevelop structure, processes, and quality assurance within estimation work\n\n\nWork closely with production, site managers, and management\n\n\nContribute to business development and identification of new business opportunities\n\n\nBuild and develop customer relationships\n\n\nEventually take on greater responsibility for the estimating function and its development\n\nWe are looking for you who\nHave experience in estimation, bidding, or project management within construction, civil engineering, foundation work, or related contracting activities.\nYou don't need to be a Chief Estimator today.
