The role is central to the organization and involves responsibility for estimation work in close collaboration with project managers and project leaders. You will be based at our office in central Stockholm.\nAs an estimator at Mol\u00f6f, you work close to the business with estimation work throughout the entire project process, not just in the bidding phase. The projects are varied and include everything from ROT projects to more complex installation contracts.\nMain responsibilities:\nOverall responsibility for estimates throughout the entire project process\nClose collaboration with project managers and project leaders\nParticipation in site visits in preparation for estimation and bidding work\nInvolvement in purchasing and follow-up\nManagement and understanding of KMA work\n\nWe are looking for you who\nHave experience in estimation work\nHave good understanding of production processes in construction\nHave construction technical education, preferably post-secondary, and\/or equivalent work experience\nAre experienced with estimation software and tools (experience with Vikels is a merit)\nHave very good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written\nHave a class B driver's license\n\nWe place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
