As a cold beverage server\/kitchen assistant, you will work with\nplanning,\nraw food\/salads,\nserving, dishwashing,\ncash handling, sales, and cleaning.\n\n\n\nYou will also participate in quality control work, purchasing of ingredients, menu planning, and contact with staff and guests.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with restaurant and food service education or other education\/experience that the employer deems equivalent, and who speaks Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you have previously held a position involving meal preparation in a large-scale kitchen or restaurant, have good knowledge of food hygiene and quality control.
