Dalarnas Orienteering Federation has a mandate to support and develop the district's clubs. The federation's goal is to provide all clubs with good conditions to develop and manage their activities within recreational and competitive orienteering for all ages.\nThe administrative tasks include, among other things, budget and financial management, such as invoicing and bookkeeping, administering cups, compiling results, ordering materials, pricing, and preparing matters for the board and annual meeting. You will provide the youth and technical committees with the support and assistance they need to conduct their activities. The development mandate includes actively conducting a dialogue with the clubs about what the federation and SOFT can provide in terms of support, and how we can together with the club practically organize and implement various development initiatives.\nThe position is 50% and is currently located in Falun. Remote work opportunities are available. The work is independent and you have considerable freedom to organize the work based on the varying needs of the activities. Work in the evenings and on weekends may occur. You work on behalf of the board and participate in board meetings.
