The Customer and Marketing department has a team of twelve people working with customer service centers, leasing, communications, and residential development. What all this work has in common is that the customer is always at the center.\nAs Customer and Marketing Manager, you lead the department and are responsible for creating the conditions for employees to succeed in their respective roles. You work with issues ranging from leasing, tenant satisfaction, and communications to customer experience, residential development, social sustainability, and collaboration with the municipality and other stakeholders.\nAn important part of the role is also to develop Karlskogahem's marketing efforts and strengthen the company's position in Karlskoga. This includes building networks, developing collaborations with associations and other actors, and finding new ways to reach out.
