The operation is located in a residential neighborhood on Hisingen.\nAbout the Role\nYour main responsibilities include:\n\nKey worker responsibilities\n\n\nTreatment work\n\n\nDocumentation; case notes, implementation plans, monthly reports, etc.\n\n\nCollaboration with social services, guardians, schools, external care contacts\n\n\nSafety and care work including supervision and assessments\n\n\nActivities for individuals and groups, in all weather\n\n\nPractical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.\n\n\nWho Are You?\nWe're looking for someone who is responsible, relationship-building, engaged, and confident. In this role, it's important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when needed.
