You remain calm even in pressured situations and can adapt when circumstances change.\n\nThe position requires at least two years of post-secondary education, or education the employer deems equivalent, with relevant orientation for work in HVB, health care, social services, or treatment. Examples of relevant education include treatment assistant, social pedagogue, nursing assistant with psychiatric specialization, or other post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, psychiatry, or related fields. If you have training in a specific treatment method relevant to the target group, we consider that an asset.\n\nYou need good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as documentation, reporting, and collaboration are important parts of the work.
