Your employees work primarily in the areas of lift safety, process safety, and non-destructive testing. Your team is located in Lule\u00e5, G\u00e4llivare, and Kiruna. You report directly to the Regional Manager. The position involves travel and overnight stays.\n\nDo you have what it takes?\n\u00b7 University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.\n\u00b7 At least 3 years of documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility.\n\u00b7 Previous experience in inspection, industry, or maintenance services, or other equivalent industry experience.\n\u00b7 Experience with budget work.\n\u00b7 Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.\n\u00b7 Class B driver's license.\n\nBeyond the above, we expect that you have experience working with improvement initiatives and driving change processes within a larger organization.\n\nWe believe you have a good understanding of business development and resource planning to create quality and efficiency.
