We have strong relationships with other professional disciplines and there are great opportunities to further develop these relationships.\nYour responsibilities\nAs clinic manager, your role will be to lead and allocate work at the clinic in consultation with the clinical director and regional colleagues for service and production. Your main responsibility is to lead and develop staff, run the clinic according to business strategy, and manage and develop the clinic's customer and patient relationships. You thrive in a role where you combine strategic and practical contributions and can, when needed, participate in clinical operations. You are part of Region Stockholm's management group and report to the Regional Director. Your responsibilities include:\nDevelop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals for your unit and together with the region's management group\nDevelop and promote growth of existing and new markets within orthotic technology\nBe part of daily clinic operations\nEnsure compliance with regional and national healthcare regulations and guidelines\nDrive and\/or participate in local, regional, and global development and improvement projects\n\nWe are now embarking on an important development journey where we want to lay the foundation for creating a clinic at the absolute forefront. You are an engaged leader with several years of experience in operational management and a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating to achieve results. You enjoy translating strategic decisions into local action plans and leading through change.
