As a university clinic, we have three main tasks: to provide specialized care, teach, and conduct research and development. The clinic treats patients from \u00d6sterg\u00f6tland but also provides highly specialized care to patients from the Kalmar and J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping regions. Our operations conduct surgery and outpatient care in Link\u00f6ping and Norrk\u00f6ping, and the clinic as a whole consists of a care ward, outpatient reception units, hearing care receptions, interpretation center, speech therapy, and secretariat. The clinic encompasses just over 230 employees.\nAt the reception, we place great emphasis on having an open climate where we contribute to this by supporting and helping each other. You assist the doctor by preparing rooms for the day's reception and at the end of the day by tidying up the rooms. We place great emphasis on order and organization as well as performing tasks with quality. We see patient groups from newborn and up, in both elective and acute care. We also have a small unit for polyclinic procedures.\nWork Group\nWe are a small staff group of 16 people. The staff at the reception consists of nursing assistants and registered nurses with long experience in our specialty.\nAbout You\nYou have completed upper secondary education with at least 2,250 points, a Care and Support Program or equivalent. For adult education, completed upper secondary education with at least 1,400 points in Care and Support education or equivalent. You have good administrative skills and computer skills. Experience with the Cosmic medical record system is a merit.\nAs a person, you are driven by seeing opportunities for change but you are also stress-resistant and able to adapt to different situations, which requires flexibility. We would like to see that you can plan and prioritize your work efficiently based on the operation's goals.
