If you want to be part of making AI a creative force in one of Sweden's most curious and responsible public operations, then you're the right person for this role!\nResponsibilities\nIn your role, you will:\nLead the work of implementing AI and technical tools in the administration's communications, from idea to established working method.\nBuild graphic capabilities into our AI models, for example custom assistants and agents, styles, templates, and prompt libraries, so that more employees can create on-brand materials and usage can be scaled up.\nTake responsibility for digitalizing our own communications function, from an experience and design perspective, and develop how we work, produce, and meet our target audiences.\nCreate and further develop the administration's visual communications and graphic form, aligned with Gothenburg City's graphic profile.\nBuild and design a wide range of different expressions and interfaces.\nEducate, inspire, and build capability among colleagues in AI-supported communications and design, and spread good examples across the organization.\nEnsure responsible use of AI in communications, with oversight of copyright, image rights, and data protection, and find progressive paths forward.\nWork closely with communicators, development leaders, analysts, and operations, as well as monitor the external environment within AI, design, and communications.\n\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone with:\nHigher education in communications, graphic design, media production, or equivalent education or experience that we collectively assess as equivalent.\nSeveral years of professional experience in communications and graphic design.\nExperience leading development or change initiatives, or driving the implementation of new working methods and tools.\nConcrete and practical professional experience building AI solutions that others can use, such as custom assistants or agents (Copilot agents, GPTs, Gemini Gems), agent skills, structured system prompts, and prompt libraries, as well as connecting them to your own materials.\nVery strong proficiency with established design and production tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.\nPractical experience building and designing different types of contexts.\nVery good Swedish in speech and writing.\n\nMeritorious:\nExperience fine-tuning the visual expression in AI-generated materials, for example style references, custom image styles, or similar approaches, so that the result holds together graphically.\nExperience evaluating and quality assuring AI results so that they are consistent, correct, and legally sound.\nExperience with UX and simpler web development, no-code or low-code, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience working within an established graphic profile.\nBroad experience with AI and digitalization, but with a focus on design and communications.\nExperience from school or the education sector.\n\nPersonal Competencies:\nOperational and leadership-oriented at the same time: you enjoy contributing directly in your daily work with hands-on production, and you're driven by leading others and building their capability.
