The position will be based at our operations office by Enebybergs Square.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nYour primary responsibility is to provide service to our tenants and contractors in a correct and efficient manner regarding the municipality's real estate, primarily by distributing incoming and self-initiated cases to technicians within the operations unit and other departments as well as managing follow-up, return, and reporting of cases. In this role, you will also manage access and key systems for the municipality's real estate and you will develop and update supervision and maintenance procedures within the operations unit as well as handle certain financial administration.\n\nThis position also includes conducting inspections of residential apartments and residential spaces in care facilities upon move-out. You will assess condition and carry out measures, order and follow up repairs and actions in collaboration with contractors.
