In the role as a Communication Guide, you will, among other things, answer incoming calls to the switchboard, staff the reception desk, guide, advise, and provide information on matters related to the client's various operations.\n\nThe position includes the following responsibilities:\n- Receive visitors\n- Inform and guide citizens\/visitors by phone, through various digital channels, e-services, and during in-person visits\n- Receive, process, and\/or forward applications\n- Answer questions about all municipal services\n- Maintain dialogue with departments for continuous service development toward the municipality's citizens\n- Document in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation and internal operational procedures\n- Work with telephone systems and various operational systems\n- Handle telephone service\/switchboard operations, route calls within the workplace\/municipality\n\nAssignment Period and Scope:\nThe position as Communication Guide is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately upon agreement and is expected to run through January 15, 2027. After that, there may be an opportunity for possible extension.\n\nRequirements for the Position:\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of conversation techniques and conversation pedagogy\n\u2022 Very good system knowledge, particularly in MS Office\n\u2022 At least 1 year of professional experience in the field as a Communication Guide or similar role\n\nFor us to be able to move you forward in the process, you must clearly demonstrate in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
