This is not a role where you simply maintain; it is a role where you build and shape the way forward.\n\nYour main areas of responsibility:\n\nIPO-readiness: Lead and drive sub-projects to ensure that proper procedures, controls and reporting models are in place for a future public listing.\nGroup Accounting: Support and relieve in the ongoing work of preparing group financial statements.\nSystem Development: Today we use the business system M3 and do group accounting in Excel. You will be a driving force in selecting, establishing and implementing our new group accounting system.\nSustainability Reporting: You are responsible for the finance department's work and development of sustainability reporting (ESG\/CSRD).\nRequirements Owner: Act as support to the legal entities and accounting manager to ensure the highest quality in reporting.\n\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone with solid experience in deeper accounting and regulations. The ideal profile is that you currently work at a larger company or group with group accounting, preferably in a listed environment. Alternatively, you have a background from an audit firm where you have worked extensively with this type of company.\n\nIt is highly meriting to have some form of practical or theoretical knowledge of IFRS.\nExperience and practical application of system support for group accounting.\nExperience from retail is a plus, but not a requirement \u2013 what is most important is your knowledge of the processes required to move the company forward.\n\nWho are You as a Person?\nTo succeed at Mio, you need to look forward and be a true \"doer\".
