Work location by agreement.\n\nYour responsibilities will vary and include:\n\nSample Collection\n\u2022 Conduct random testing, new hire tests, and other required sample collections.\n\u2022 Provide support in sample collection activities where multiple collectors are needed and handle urgent matters that arise.\n\nCoordination\n\u2022 Plan and coordinate sample collection matters and act as a link between customer and collector.\n\u2022 Coordinate and follow up with part-time sample collectors.\n\nAdministration related to sample collection\n\u2022 Sample result administration\n\u2022 Administer new hire tests\n\u2022 Ongoing documentation in customer database regarding case progress. Clearly document where in the process the sample collection matter stands and upcoming activities.\n\u2022 Ensure customer information is current and communicate to relevant parties.\n\u2022 Ensure that agreed-upon tests are carried out with assigned customers.\n\u2022 Ensure correct invoicing of workplace tests.
