The work involves different areas of responsibility, such as working according to decided quality assurance processes within home care according to the Social Services Act, working according to planning processes, documenting in LifeCare and working in Mina Planer to ensure good cooperation when receiving new customers and discharges from the hospital. The work also involves preparations for various meeting formats where you are expected to have an active, supportive role.\n\nIn your work, you will have close cooperation with the unit manager regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning of temporary staff during absences as well as work distribution according to operational needs. Part of your time involves coordinating the introduction of newly hired employees.\n\nYou will be part of a local management group consisting of three coordinators, an administrator and a unit manager. The position includes weekend work every third week.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or can certify that you had a permanent employment as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.
