You will participate in developing regulations, administrative documentation, etc. We require reliability, willingness to work with the demanding topic of dying and end-of-life care, communication skills, and a commitment to continuing education. Experience in direct care or healthcare services is an advantage; a driver's license is an advantage. We require a social services worker course or healthcare training. Additional qualification courses are an advantage. Experience in palliative care or end-of-life accompaniment is highly advantageous. Compensation is set individually with an onboarding plan and salary development based on experience, education, onboarding speed, and contribution (stated for part-time position). The employment contract will gradually be changed to a primary employment relationship - approximately within 1 year.
