You are used to working independently, taking responsibility for specific areas, and serving as a role model for other consultants. You have a natural ability to create structure in complex project environments and have very good communication and social skills.\nTo succeed in the role, we see that you have:\n\nAt least eight years of combined experience in requirements and needs analysis within system development and\/or system management\n\n\nAt least two years of experience in requirements and needs analysis in large organizations\n\n\nAt least two years of combined experience in requirements management within agile system development\n\n\nAt least three years of experience in procurement, development, or management of business systems, HR systems, and\/or portals\n\n\nAt least six months of experience with established requirements tools where both requirements and test cases are managed, such as Jira, HP QC, Microsoft TFS\/DevOps, or equivalent\n\n\nGood communication and social skills, and experience collaborating with different types of stakeholders\n\n\nIn the role, you will:\n\nGather, analyze, and document requirements and needs from various stakeholders.\n\n\nWork closely with system developers with a focus on integrations, APIs, and data flows.\n\n\nDevelop technical and non-functional requirements related to, for example, performance, security, accessibility, and operational reliability.\n\n\nWork with requirements management in agile development environments and ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and test cases.\n\n\nCollaborate with solution architects, IT operations, business, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are feasible and well-anchored.\n\n\nInterpret technical documents such as architecture descriptions, sequence diagrams, and data models and translate these into clear functional and technical requirements.\n\n\nContribute structure and methodology in complex organizations and project environments.\n\n\nYou have good experience working with established tools and methods and are comfortable expressing yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.\nThe role requires Swedish citizenship and fluent knowledge of Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
