You conduct initial conversations, build trust, and help customers understand their situation and which legal services best meet their needs.\n\nThe role involves much more than booking a meeting or registering a case. You become a consulting contact who, with empathy and professionalism, helps people make well-informed decisions in often emotionally challenging situations. At the same time, you ensure that our lawyers and probate administrators receive complete and well-prepared documentation to take over the case in the best way possible.\n\nYou'll be an important part of creating a cohesive and high-quality customer journey between Klarahill and Verahill and actively contribute to developing cooperation between the operations.\n\nMain responsibilities\nReceive and follow up on incoming customer contacts from Klarahill.\n\n\nConduct needs analyses and guide customers through the legal process.\n\n\nHelp customers make decisions regarding estate inventories, inheritance settlements, and probate administration.\n\n\nDrive the process from first contact to signed engagement agreement.\n\n\nRegister and administer cases and ensure that all documentation is correct.\n\n\nPerform initial administrative tasks, such as conflict of interest checks and other internal controls.\n\n\nBe the face of the operation on the phone, in digital channels, and at the office.\n\n\nContribute to a professional, safe, and welcoming customer experience.\n\n\nWork closely with colleagues in both Verahill and Klarahill to develop the customer journey.\n\n\nProgressively develop your knowledge in probate law and our legal services.\n\nWho are you?\nWe're looking for someone with documented experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing business roles and who is motivated by achieving results.
