The division is one of 6 departments within the Municipal Administration and has nearly 70 employees. Our swimming pool and recreation activities comprise about 60% of our operations, while other activities\u2014involving administration and development of various operational systems, properties, case management and investigations, and labor market and integration\u2014make up the remainder. Swimming, recreation, and labor market\/integration each have unit managers, while other operations report directly to the division manager.\n\nAs a customer service officer, you will work in our central systems for switchboard operations and other services for both our residents and the municipality as a whole. Your closest colleagues and management are located in both Karesuando and Kiruna C.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nWe are seeking a customer service officer with an outward-facing profile for our operations in Kiruna, with immediate availability. Do you have experience working in customer service, customer service roles, or perhaps in communications, events, and arrangements? We are now offering a permanent position as a customer service officer focused on switchboard operations and customer service activities.
