You will be part of a team where you collectively drive each other and the entire customer service forward.\nIn the role of customer service representative, you will handle and resolve inquiries from corporate customers concerning everything related to international shipments. Using various systems, you provide fast and smooth service to solve problems that arise, while collaborating closely with other functions within the company to ensure the highest possible quality.\nYour most important tools in your daily work are the telephone, the computer, and your good communication skills, which requires you to be accustomed to working in different systems and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a high school education, good computer and system proficiency, and documented experience in customer service work. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in the logistics industry.\nWe are seeking a collaborative person with good communication skills.
