With digital tools and new ways of working, we can simplify daily operations at the hospital and provide modern, accessible, and efficient care of the highest quality.\nAbout Us\nOur unit Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic (BUP) Kungsh\u00f6jd is part of the Operations Area Neurology, Child Psychiatry within Area 1 of Sahlgrenska University Hospital.\nOur outpatient care mission is to assess and treat children and adolescents up to 18 years of age with moderate to severe mental health conditions. This requires both broad and deep expertise, and our work is conducted in a multidisciplinary manner together with psychologists, curators, psychiatric nurses, healthcare administrative secretaries, and physicians.\nAt the BUP Kungsh\u00f6jd clinic, we are approximately 25 employees who place great value on patient focus, professionalism, and one another. We work toward increased accessibility for our target group and maintaining a good work environment. We care about enjoying working together and support each other in daily work. We are located in nice facilities on Kungsgatan in central Gothenburg.\nWork Duties\nAs a curator at BUP Kungsh\u00f6jd, you will have the opportunity to work with systemic family therapy, attachment-based family therapy, psychoeducational interventions, conduct assessments, perform initial consultations, and collaborate between patients, relatives, and our partners. You function as consultative support to our colleagues in child and adolescent psychiatric matters.\nOur work is conducted in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines and our medical regional guidelines (RMR). We adapt methods and approaches based on the patient's needs and depending on the nature of the case. Work is conducted in close collaboration with other professions.\nWe offer supervision.\nAbout You\nWe are seeking someone who is educated as a social worker (socionom), and we would prefer that you have experience working with children and young people with mental health issues. We would appreciate it if you are a licensed healthcare curator or have some basic psychotherapy training (equivalent to level 1), but this is not required.\nWe work in a multidisciplinary manner and in close collaboration with each other, so great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We value qualities such as good collaboration skills, a high degree of engagement and commitment to our target group, and the ability to work independently.\nWe are looking for someone who wants to help continue developing our clinic with shared engagement and innovative thinking.
