All employees participate, for example, in lectures and educational initiatives at schools and for various work groups, associations, and other target groups.\n\nWhen the director is absent, the role also includes serving as acting director.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n- A degree in social work, socio-pedagogy, or other higher education that the employer deems equivalent (minimum 180 credits)\n- Experience working at a protected shelter or in similar services\n- Knowledge of violence, the mechanisms of violence, and its consequences\n- Experience working with people who have experienced violence and\/or other abuse\n- Strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing\n- Good computer skills\n\nGreat weight will be placed on your knowledge of and experience working with violence and its consequences.
