We always strive for patient participation and continuity in the care chain.\n\nThe work also includes contact with collaboration partners outside healthcare, such as municipality, F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassa and Arbetsf\u00f6rmedling.\n\nYour future workplace\nThe Psychiatric Outpatient Department in Eksj\u00f6 is part of H\u00f6glandet's Psychiatric Clinic where we have approximately 190 employees. Within the department we are 22 people with diverse expertise including specialist nurses, healthcare assistants, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, healthcare administrators and rehabilitation coordinators.\n\nTo make use of the different competencies we apply an interdisciplinary approach where we utilize perspectives from different professions.\n\nYour profile\nYou have a degree as a social worker or equivalent education, preferably with previous experience in psychiatry or conducting psychotherapy and individual\/group treatment. We are looking for you who have competence corresponding to at least step 1 within relevant therapy orientation (CBT\/PDT\/IPT or family therapy). Experience in addiction care is of interest to us. Licensure as a health and social care curator is a merit.\n\nSince collaboration is central to the role, good ability to cooperate is valued; if you have experience of teamwork it is a plus. You are confident in yourself and have good self-awareness and a good ability to understand someone else's perspective. You are stable, even in stressful situations and focus on the right things.
