With us, you have the opportunity to work in a municipality undergoing an exciting societal transformation, where future-oriented thinking, growth, and development create good opportunities to make a real difference.\n\nWork Tasks\nIn your role as a quality development officer, you will, among other things:\nCoordinate, develop, and follow up on systematic quality work within preschool and school.\nSupport principals and managers in analysis, follow-up, and development work.\nPrepare materials, analyses, reports, and decision-making documents for management and board.\nDrive and coordinate the department's work based on school legislation and curricula.\nDevelop and quality-assure routines, working methods, and processes.\nResponsible for follow-up of results, statistics, and key performance indicators and translate these into development initiatives.\nCoordinate the work with government grants, including applications, follow-up, and reporting.\nConduct investigations, remittance responses, and other qualified written work.\nVariety of different administrative tasks.\n\nThe position offers a combination of strategic development work, analysis, and operations-focused support.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with relevant higher education, preferably in the fields of education and pedagogy or other education that the employer deems equivalent.\nWe would like you to have experience in:\nQuality and development work.\nFollow-up, analysis, and operational development.\nWork in politically governed organizations or public sector operations.\nProject management or process management.\nPreparation of reports, investigations, and decision-making documents.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\nExperience from school or educational operations.\nKnowledge of school legislation and systematic quality work.\nGood knowledge in statistics, analysis, and digital tools.\nWithin the framework of the national minority language act, G\u00e4llivare Municipality is an administrative municipality for S\u00e1mi, Me\u00e4nkieli, and Finnish.
