Together with others in management, you are responsible for driving operations forward and ensuring effective work processes, a good work environment, and high patient safety.\n\nAs Chief Physician, you have personnel responsibility for the physician group consisting of approximately 14 employees. The group includes senior physicians, specialist physicians, resident physicians, and junior physicians.\n\nThe role involves a broad assignment where you alternate between strategic issues and daily leadership of operations. Through active and inclusive leadership, you create conditions for good collaboration, high engagement, and continued development within the physician group. The assignment combines managerial responsibility with clinical practice.\n\nYou have an important role in driving the clinic's development work forward by strengthening and developing care processes and initiating improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities also include monitoring operations goals and results and ensuring that clinic development meets both current and future needs. To support integrated care, you collaborate with other operations within the hospital, primary care, and the university.\n\nAbout You\nWe are primarily seeking someone who is a specialist physician in nephrology and\/or internal medicine.
