Based on your competence and experience, you will independently prepare maps within property formation, planning, and building processes. You will participate in work to improve the quality of the property register and the register map. The work requires good competence in computer-aided mapping tools. You need knowledge of archive investigation and a good understanding of property formation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development within the authority.\n\nYour competence\nWe are looking for someone with higher education in surveying, cartographic engineering, community development, or a related field, alternatively vocational higher education or equivalent experience deemed equivalent. You have good knowledge of property law, the property formation process, and building legislation, as well as excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. You are experienced with GIS and CAD tools and are generally comfortable in digital work environments. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of the planning and community development process.
