The school has up to 40 students in total and is built on a comprehensive solution that includes a boarding component.\nWe are now seeking capable teaching assistants, and for the coming school year we would like to expand our team - we need a teaching assistant for the courses Machinery and Technical Equipment in Agriculture, Building Maintenance for Agriculture, and Facilities.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a teaching assistant, you will work during lessons with three students, where your role is to be a trusted adult who can guide our young people in their schoolwork. During breaks, you will be near the students with the responsibility of strengthening the school's sense of safety and community.\nWe hope that you have experience driving and perhaps working with machinery, and possibly carpentry work. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong ability to build trusting relationships and to treat students with respect and clarity.\nThe courses are scheduled in four longer lesson periods per week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, which makes this a part-time position of approximately 50%. The position is a fixed-term contract until April 2027, with the possibility of extension.\nThis is a position with time off aligned with the school calendar.
