Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an enjoyable, varied, and high-quality school day where student development and well-being are in focus.\n\nAs a teacher at Milboskolan, you will work with:\n\n\u2022 Teaching in Math and Science.\n\u2022 Class responsibility as well as responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons.\n\u2022 Mentorship.\n\u2022 Together with your colleagues, create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with students' best interests in focus.\n\u2022 Challenge and support students so they achieve good academic results and adapt your teaching based on each student's needs and circumstances.\n\u2022 Collaboration with other educators, student support services, guardians, and other external partners.\n\u2022 Work is performed according to established goals and guidelines.\n\nIn accordance with G\u00e4vle municipality's core values, you demonstrate good conduct, a strong ability to collaborate, and commitment to high quality in your work.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\u2022 Teacher certification and teaching license with authorization to teach grades 4-6 and the subjects Math and Science.\n\u2022 You are familiar with and have knowledge of the primary school curriculum.\n\u2022 You have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.\n\u2022 You have knowledge of and experience working with digital tools, such as documentation in Unikum or Office.\n\nTo succeed in the role, you are:\n\n\u2022 Organized: You are structured and plan your work in a thoughtful manner.\n\u2022 Relationship-building: You take initiative in social situations and have the ability to build trust in your professional relationships.\n\u2022 Collaboration-oriented: You have a humble approach in your collaboration with colleagues, students, and guardians.\n\u2022 Clear leadership: You demonstrate clear and secure leadership where you naturally motivate students and create an environment where they feel comfortable and well.
